USAGE AS A DRESSING
Use it as a base flavour for meats, fish, hamburgers, and the filling for dumplings. It can also be added to the water when cooking vegetables to enhance any strong flavours
AS A FINISHING TOUCH
Use it as a finishing touch to add flavour to fried rice or stir fry dishes. A single shake to chilled tofu and pickled vegetables also adds great taste.
TO BOOST THE FLAVOUR OF SOUPS
Use it when soup alone fails to deliver enough umami.
AS A COMPLEMENT TO OTHER SEASONINGS
It goes great with other seasonings and harmonizes a dishes flavor, making it a wonderful companion to vinegar, soy sauce, and salt as well as for dressings and sauces.
Store in cool, dry place. Once opened, store in airtight container. Avoid sunlight, extreme temperatures >30°C or 86°F and aromatic materials.
